One of my big challenges about trauma recovery is there is no such thing as "usual". Because of this, underlying issues, although they have a common root, play out in the fabric of experience...in real, changing and dynamic situations. Every day. Ultimately, being serious about healing means re-relating to myself because that is where the harm was done. I've been earnestly chipping away at this challenge for over 25 years. Lately I'd been wondering whether I had exhausted my ability to heal. That some of the scars might never completely close. But, just as the way the injuries play out everywhere in my life, so too can the healing. Keeping an open attitude and allowing for all kinds of different approaches, taking a little bit from everywhere, like a plant opening its leaves to collect moisture is what I'm reminded of after working with Deb. She really helped me re-relate to a key debilitating experience at a time when I had forgotten how benevolent the universe really is.

My experience with Deb was life altering. Her guidance gave me the strength to go into the darkest places within so I could release past pains and traumas. Her passion, compassion, love of service and devotion to her work creates powerful healing. Thank you Deb for all that you do, looking forward to more sessions with you.

Working with Deb was one of the turnkey moments in my healing process. Not only does she create and environment of safety, but one of trust as well. Through this environment Deb launched me into the healing process by tackling the memories head on. Pushing my limits, in a safe and trusting way, that defeats the hold that my flashbacks would have on me. Deb is educated and is always learning new ways to approach her practice; she shows her dedication to healing others through this continuous learning. It is a blessing to know Deb, and to have experienced her guidance for which I am forever grateful.
